Homes shall not be smaller than 4,500 SF and additional detached structures (ADUs) are also permitted.

An Architectural Review Committee (“ARC”)

An ARC will be established to ensure that future home designs are consistent with standards created for Hoopstick’s development intent with additional oversight to jurisdictional standards of the PUD and Charleston County building guidelines.
