These items will be completed at the end of Phase 2 to avoid potential damage from construction equipment. On the main island, Phase 1 work is specific to clearing and erosion control measures, such as silt fencing and tree protection.
Phase 2 Overview: Phase 2 encompasses all remaining horizontal plat work, including grading, roads, water, and drainage infrastructure. This phase also includes HOA-maintained landscaping and irrigation, the walking trail system, and the completion of the mail drop parking area and concrete entrance drive.
