Phase 1 Overview
Phase 1 includes grading, clearing, erosion control, landscaping, and irrigation for the entry area. It does not include the final asphalt paving for the mail drop parking area or the concrete paving at the entrance drive. These items will be completed at the end of Phase 2 to avoid potential damage from construction equipment. On the main island, Phase 1 work is specific to clearing and erosion control measures, such as silt fencing and tree protection.
Phase 2 Overview
Phase 2 encompasses all remaining horizontal plat work, including grading, roads, water, and drainage infrastructure. This phase also includes HOA-maintained landscaping and irrigation, the walking trail system, and the completion of the mail drop parking area and concrete entrance drive.
