UPDATE: August 4th, 2025

As the exclusive listing agents for Hoopstick Island, The Cassina Group is excited to share the latest development milestones for this one-of-a-kind Lowcountry community.

The general contractor, 3 Oaks, has completed the following work on the island since May:

As we end July:

• Main Entry Progress:

  • Silt fencing and tree protection have been fully installed.

  • Clearing, grading, landscaping, and irrigation are now complete.

  • Landscaped areas have been temporarily stabilized with pine straw and will be sodded with Bermuda grass following construction completion.

• Entry Driveway:

  • The subgrade for the entrance drive has been completed.

  • Final driveway and parking for the future mail kiosk will be added post-construction.

• Island Infrastructure:

  • Clearing and rough grading of the main interior roadways is ongoing.

  • Contractors are preparing right-of-ways (ROW) for upcoming utility installation.

• Community Gate:

  • A custom entry gate design has been finalized with the project architect and is currently being submitted for County permitting.
