UPDATE: September 3rd, 2025

As the exclusive listing agents for Hoopstick Island, The Cassina Group is excited to share the latest development milestones for this one-of-a-kind Lowcountry community.

The general contractor, 3 Oaks, has completed the following work on the island:

From August to September:

• Main Entry Progress:

  • All clearing, grading, landscaping, and irrigation improvements are now complete.

  • Landscaped areas have been temporarily stabilized with pine straw and will be sodded with Bermuda grass following construction completion.

• Entry Driveway:

  • The subgrade for the entrance drive has been completed.

  • The main entry driveway apron, surface course, and parking area will be finished with the completion of the island infrastructure work.

• Island Infrastructure:

  • All clearing and grading of the island roadways and shoulders is complete.

  • Utility installation began in early August and will continue through the end of the year.

• Community Gate:

  • A custom entry gate design has been finalized with the project architect and was submitted to Charleston County permitting.
